Falling is a new DarkJazz project by label founder Turgut Kocer and German drummer Helge Neuhaus. Guest musicians were loosely invited around the two main band members to compose the ten pieces on the debut "Original Motion Picture Soundtrack" which interacts between moody TwinPeaks-esque slow-jazz-passages, obscure/romantic swing music and epic soundtrack-elements. Arizona resident Gabriel Masterson played saxophone on a few tracks and Frederik Groborsch (from Germany) enrichened some songs with an Upright Bass. The green 180-gram deluxe vinyl is strictly limited to 100 copies wordwide, including a colored A4 postercard, a download code and an additional CD with 15 B-sides and unreleased tracks not found on vinyl. This record is definitely a collector's item.
